Long Grain Rice (water, enriched long grain rice, ferric orthophosphate, niacin, thiamin (thiamin mononitrate), folic acid), Peas, Carrots, Onion, Tamari Soy Sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to retain freshness)), Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Scallions, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Salt

Microwave: Remove sleeve. Puncture film. Heat on high 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.* Let stand for 2 minutes. Enjoy! Cook times may vary depending on equipment.

Stove Top: Take out a medium pan (non-stick preferred). Add 1/4 cup of water pan. Remove the sleeve and film from the food tray, and add the rice to the pan. Apply medium/low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is piping hot.* Transfer the rice to a bowl or plate.

 

*Each rice side should be heated until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Caution, tray and contents will be hot.
