The Culinary Creativity

"A new culture of casual dining emerged in the 90s, and my family launched Cafe Spice in New York City. Cafe Spice focused on fun and experimentation, rather than the fancy, sometimes stuffy settings seen in typical Indian restaurants at the time. My father brought the essence of Indian flavors to America; and I want to continue bringing the richness of International cooking to your home. Our Culinary Director is Hari Nayak, one of the most sought after chefs in North America. He brings a new, modern outlook to Global cuisine without abandoning the authentic flavors, wonderful aromas, or rich culinary history. That’s why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to access delicious food, and keep living your life. We prepare all of our meals in our USDA-certified facility in New York’s Hudson Valley which gives us the ability to deliver you the highest quality meals, always.

That’s why we work with Whole Planet Foundation and Hudson Valley Food Bank to uplift underprivileged groups through the power of quality food. The Ingredients

Our Culinary Director, Chef Hari Nayak, has an extensive travel and culinary background that has helped us grow our product line from Indian dishes to include more fusion and flavors, as well as a broader range of authentic Asian cuisine; he also works with a team of chefs who are always tasting and creating new recipes. When it comes to ingredients, our certified gluten-free meals are verified by WFCF (Where Food Comes From). We use expeller-pressed non-GMO oils and collaborate with suppliers throughout our supply chain, as well as with numerous other companies in the industry, to preserve consumer access to safe, affordable foods.
