OVEN:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Distribute product evenly on baking sheet, do not over-crowd.
  • Optional: Lightly spray the exterior of samosas with a neutral cooking spray.
  • Roast for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and samosas reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

FRYER:

  • Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F
  • Place Samosas in fryer basket.
  • Carefully lower fryer basket, gently shake to prevent sticking.
  • Deep fry samosa bites for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and samosas reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
