Toaster Oven/Oven (preferred): Preheat oven to 350°F. Unwrap and place on foil (or parchment) lined tray. Bake 10 minutes.
Stove Top: Heat non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of neutral oil. Add quesadilla to pan. Allow bottom of quesadilla to toast to desired color. Flip quesadilla, repeat on other side. Cook each side for 3 - 5 minutes. Turn down heat if at any point the exterior color is darkening too quickly. Allow inside to warm through. Serve.
