SAAG PANEER: Spinach, Water, Paneer Cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar), Onions, Tomatoes, Tomato Puree (tomatoes, citric acid), Salt, Cultured Dextrose, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Garam Masala (spice blend), Turmeric, Chickpea Flour, Red Chili Peppers.

Microwave: Remove sleeve. Peel back film 2 inches. Heat on high 8-10 minutes or until piping hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Stove Top: Empty contents into a non-stick saucepan and cover. Cook on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes or until piping hot. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Oven/Toaster Oven: Pre-heat oven or toaster oven to 350°F. Add 1/4 cup of water into an oven safe baking container. Empty contents of package into oven safe baking container with the water. Cover baking tray with tin foil. Cook the dish for 20-25 minutes or until entrée is piping hot in the center. After 10 minutes open the tin foil and give the product a stir. Handle carefully, contents will be piping hot.
