Our Kitchen

Our base of operations resides in our state-of-the art, 50,000 square foot kitchens in New Windsor, NY. This USDA-certified facility sits on 11 acres of land and has been designed by Cybul & Cybul, Architects, the foremost designers of food processing plants. This unique commissary is temperature controlled and monitored to maintain food integrity and safety throughout the production process. Everything is hand-made fresh and packaged to supply supermarkets, corporations, and universities, while ensuring optimum freshness without the use of preservatives. At Zaika we prepare finished, ready-to-eat cuisine that’s simple to incorporate into any food service setting. Whether it’s a prepared entrée for a hot bar or an individual, pre-packaged meal for a deli case, Zaika has the largest selection of heat and serve entrees. We use authentic recipes and have specialized chefs who work on each cuisine.

Our food is a part of several college campus dining programs where our clients can create a Café Spice Express, serve the food on their steam table, or sell it pre-packaged for “grab ‘n’ go” dining.
